Can I change my name on my ticket?

Yes you can. You can change the name on the ticket by looking up the e-mail with the subject ‘link to your tickets’. In this e-mail, click again on ‘complete purchase’ and then on ‘change & resend'. Here you can change the name and any e-mail address and resend. Please note, the same ticket with the same barcode will be sent again. Only the name on the ticket is changed. Each ticket has a unique barcode that can only be scanned once.
